🚀 Global Director of Customer Solutions | IRIS Software Group
📍 UK-based | Global remit
We’re looking for a Global Director of Customer Solutions to join IRIS Software Group and lead three critical customer-facing functions globally: Pre-Sales / Solutions, Bid Management and our SME Specialist teams.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with a difference. You’ll be directly involved in how we win, grow and retain some of our most important customers globally.
💼 What will you be doing?
- Lead and scale our global Pre-Sales, Bid Management and SME Specialist teams
- Connect Customer Solutions directly to revenue growth, win rates, deal size and retention
- Get involved in our most strategic, complex and high-value opportunities
- Raise the quality and consistency of demonstrations, solution design and technical qualification
- Lead our bid and proposal function across tenders, RFPs and complex commercial opportunities
- Develop our SME specialists as trusted advisors across Accountancy, HR, Payroll and Education
- Build scalable playbooks, processes, tooling and metrics
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing globally

🔎 Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an established leader from a B2B software or SaaS environment with experience leading Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Bid/Proposal or specialist customer-facing teams. You’ll be commercially minded and able to demonstrate how your leadership has contributed to increased win rates, larger deals, revenue growth or customer retention.
