Summary of Position

The Director, Global Platform Enablement & Documentation is responsible for developing and maintaining the standards, templates, documentation, training frameworks, and implementation patterns that enable consistent adoption and operation of CTM's technology platforms globally. This role converts global platform standards into practical, reusable tools that regional technology, implementation, and operations teams use to deploy, configure, support, and optimize CTM platforms independently.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders, the Director drives consistency, knowledge sharing, platform readiness, and adoption across the organization. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness, usability, and adoption of the enablement tools and standards that support regional teams worldwide.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in platform/product enablement, technical documentation, training and development, or a related discipline within a SaaS or technology environment, ideally including experience supporting a global or multi-region organization.
  • Experience developing onboarding, training, enablement, and knowledge-transfer programs for technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to translate technical requirements, governance standards, and operational processes into clear, practical documentation, templates, implementation standards, and training materials.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation management, knowledge-sharing practices, and content governance methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of platform configuration, implementation methodologies, integrations, authentication solutions (SSO), and related technology concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate adoption, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Commitment to creating scalable, repeatable solutions that improve consistency, efficiency, and platform adoption across the organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
