Global Director of Revenue Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Director of Revenue Enablement based in United Kingdom.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a global revenue enablement engine within a fast-growing technical B2B SaaS environment.

You will own the adoption of a unified enterprise selling methodology across regions, teams, and revenue functions.

Your work will accelerate onboarding, improve seller productivity, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

You will transform community-led and product-led momentum into repeatable enterprise pipeline and revenue.

Working closely with senior commercial leadership, RevOps, Product, and Product Marketing, you will shape enablement strategy from the ground up.

You will initially lead a small team while establishing the systems, standards, tooling, and measurement framework required to scale globally.

This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and a clear opportunity to grow into broader executive-level revenue leadership.

Accountabilities

  • Own the global implementation of a consistent enterprise sales methodology, including methodology selection, rollout, certification, reinforcement, and ongoing adoption across sales teams and managers.
  • Develop a scalable playbook for converting community, product-led, and self-service signals into qualified enterprise pipeline and high-value opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to equip revenue teams with compelling AI-focused messaging, competitive plays, product narratives, and launch enablement.
  • Build a global onboarding and ramp engine covering pre-boarding, training, certification, first-deal support, and ongoing reinforcement.
  • Design programs that measurably reduce time-to-productivity and accelerate time-to-quota for new revenue team members.
  • Develop frontline sales managers through coaching frameworks, deal inspection practices, and forecast discipline that reinforce consistent selling behaviors.
  • Establish an enablement scorecard focused on revenue outcomes such as ramp time, win rate, deal size, forecast accuracy, and pipeline performance.
  • Lead and grow the enablement function, initially managing a small team of individual contributors across sales, SDR, customer success, and partner enablement.
  • Build the enablement infrastructure, including tooling, content systems, certification tracking, reporting, and measurement in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the United States, and future markets.
  • Participate directly in deal rooms, QBRs, forecast reviews, and other revenue leadership forums to identify capability gaps and improve execution.
  • Establish scalable enablement standards and operating practices that support continued organizational growth and increasing sales maturity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
