Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only)
🎯 Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue.
You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond.
Your responsibilities
Methodology & Enterprise Selling Excellence
- Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline.
- Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
Ramp, Onboarding & Manager Development
- Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region.
- Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick.
- Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Building the Global Function
- Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.
- Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps.
- Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
Requirements
Must-haves
- 🚀 Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise.
- 📈 €xm→€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state.
- 🧠 Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck.
- ⏱️ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression.
- 📊 Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
Nice-to-haves
- 🎖️ Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion.
- 💼 Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations.
- 🌱 PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- 🤖 AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop managers on every continent we sell in, and grow the team, with a direct line to senior commercial leadership and an explicit path to VP. You'll join a fast-growing, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
