Overview
At SharkNinja, we don’t just build products—we create consumer-first experiences that delight millions of customers around the world.
Digital Sharks is our early careers program for the eCommerce Pure Players business — the team responsible for how SharkNinja shows up on the world’s largest marketplaces, including Amazon, Mercado Libre and Takealot. Millions of people discover our products there every day. This program exists to turn that attention into revenue.
We’re looking for a Marketplace Affiliates Associate to join our Pure Players Marketplace Affiliates team and build our affiliate presence on the world’s largest marketplaces.
Affiliate and creator content is one of the fastest growing routes to the marketplace shopper, and one we have barely used outside the US. You will be among the first to run at it seriously in your market — getting content live, learning what works, and writing the strategy off the back of real results rather than assumptions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, creative and comfortable starting from a blank page, and wants to build hands-on experience in affiliate and creator marketing within a fast-paced, global business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own a defined market and a measurable business outcome from your first month, while gaining exposure to how a global e-commerce business actually operates.
You’ll:
- Get 100 pieces of affiliate content live in your market within your first 30-day sprint.
- Run tests outside of Creator Connections in the US and through central affiliate go-to-market in your region.
- Draw clear implications from the results and write them into our Centre of Excellence playbook.
- Identify, contact and onboard creators and affiliate partners in market.
- Track performance by format, creator and category, and build a defensible view of what converts.
- Work with Sales and Digital Marketing to make sure affiliate traffic lands on pages that are ready to convert.
- Prepare recommendations and stakeholder updates for regional and central teams.
- Participate in the program operating rhythm, including daily stand-ups, 30-day sprint reviews and weekly Show & Tell sessions where you present your own work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll likely be:
- A recent graduate, or in the final year of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.

- Analytical and comfortable working with data to identify trends and support decision making.
- A confident communicator who can turn complex information into something clear and actionable.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish if the role is based in Mexico City, or French if the role is based in Quebec. Working fluency in English is required in all locations.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Exposure to affiliate, influencer or creator marketing, including your own content.
- An interest in social commerce and creator economics.
- Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking or attribution platforms such as Impact, Levanta or Creator Connections.
- Additional language skills relevant to your market.

You’ll benefit from:
- Ownership of a defined market and a measurable business outcome from your first month.
- Mentoring and coaching from an experienced manager, plus a named mentor one level above them.
- Direct exposure to the world’s largest marketplaces — Amazon, Mercado Libre and Takealot.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native tools, including our Agentic Jailbreak Big Build and APEX agents.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Digital Marketing, Performance Data, Marketplace Affiliates and Media teams.
- Visibility with senior leaders through weekly Show & Tell sessions, where you present your own work.
- Professional development, networking opportunities and participation in our Early Careers community.
