Global Employee Experience Partner - 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Hybrid working, London

The People team has an exciting year ahead, with a number of key projects and initiatives planned as Blis continues its integration with T-Mobile. We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Employee Experience Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is a varied, hands-on role focused on creating a positive, connected, and engaging employee experience across Blis. You’ll help bring our culture to life through global engagement programs, events, recognition, wellbeing, belonging, and social impact, while supporting our global Culture Champs network to deliver great employee experiences locally.

During a period of change, you’ll play an important role in maintaining employee morale, connection, and a strong sense of community. You’ll also be the key point of contact for our London workplace and play an important role in the upcoming office move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the POC for the London office, overseeing day-to-day office management and workplace experience, including building management, access, suppliers, amenities, and employee requirements.
  • Support the upcoming London office move, coordinating the project across suppliers, logistics, employee communications, and the transition into the new workspace.
  • Lead the delivery of Blis’ global culture and engagement program, creating initiatives that strengthen employee connection, morale, and belonging.
  • Manage and support our global Culture Champs network, enabling regional teams to deliver global and local initiatives with the right guidance, resources, and budgets.
  • Plan and deliver global and regional employee events and experiences, including socials, cultural moments, wellbeing initiatives, and company celebrations.
  • Manage employee recognition and key moments that matter, including milestones, awards, life events, and ad-hoc recognition.
  • Lead Blis’ social impact and Giving Back initiatives, including managing our partnership with Save the Children and coordinating global charitable programs.
  • Manage employee listening initiatives, using surveys and feedback to identify opportunities to improve culture, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
  • Manage budgets and external partners across employee engagement, events, recognition, wellbeing, and charitable initiatives.
  • Support employee communications and wider People projects, adapting priorities as the business continues to evolve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
