Job Description:
Global Enablement Executive | dentsu | London | 12-month FTC | Hybrid Working
Purpose of the Role
The Global Enablement Executive will provide practical coordination and delivery support to the Global Client Enablement team. The role will help teams and markets use dentsu products, tools, learning materials and enablement resources effectively, supporting key priorities including internal product rollout, adoption activity, client and market learning programmes, and wider enablement initiatives.
Working closely with the Global Enablement team, the role will support rollout planning, documentation, reporting, training logistics, market follow-ups and day-to-day enablement requests. The role will help ensure activities are well coordinated, information is kept up to date, and stakeholders receive the materials and support they need. Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining project plans and trackers, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, preparing presentations and communications for client teams, supporting training sessions, tracking programme progress and helping respond to enablement requests from markets and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on delivery role with a strong focus on organisation, coordination and consistent execution across clients, teams and functions. It offers a strong introduction to enablement, client management and dentsu’s product suite, while building practical experience in programme support and cross-market delivery.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Global Enablement Manager and Program Director to maintain rollout plans, track actions, monitor follow-ups and coordinate readiness activity across markets and enablement workstreams.
- Maintain programme documentation and trackers, ensuring key information, actions, decisions, timelines and dependencies are captured accurately and kept up to date.
- Support programme reporting by consolidating inputs, preparing status updates and contributing to regular team and leadership updates.
- Coordinate training and learning logistics, including session planning, invitations, attendance tracking, asset coordination and post-session follow-up.
- Support market and client enablement requests by coordinating responses, updating enablement materials and helping prepare clear market-facing communications.
- Support internal product enablement activity, including rollout preparation, adoption support, market coordination and the maintenance of relevant materials and information.
- Provide operational support for learning programmes and capability-development initiatives, helping the team coordinate activities and deliver agreed workstream priorities.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Global Operations and other relevant teams to gather information, support the development of enablement materials and assist with internal and market communications.
- Respond to day-to-day enablement needs, helping the team prioritise requests, follow up on actions and maintain progress across agreed activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
