What you will do on your journey with WebBeds

As a Global Engagement Lead, Operations, you will shape and deliver engaging global content and activities that connect Operations colleagues across locations and bring agreed engagement themes to life. Working with leaders, stakeholders and a network of local Engagement Champions, you will create consistent, inclusive and relevant experiences that strengthen connection, participation and pride across the global Operations community.

This is a hands-on and highly creative role. You will develop communications and engagement materials, coordinate local delivery, manage the engagement budget and play an active part in on-site activities in Manila. Success in this role comes from excellent communication, strong organisation and the energy to turn ideas into practical activities that colleagues want to take part in.

Key responsibilities

  • Global engagement plan: develop and own the global Operations engagement plan end to end, translating agreed themes and priorities into a clear calendar of content, campaigns and activities.
  • Engagement content: create compelling content that is relevant, accessible and adaptable for Operations colleagues across different countries, cultures and working environments.
  • Communications design and delivery: produce clear, engaging written and visual materials for campaigns, events, updates, colleague initiatives and wider internal communications.
  • Engagement Champions network: build, support and develop a global network of Engagement Champions by establishing regular communication, sharing toolkits and guidance, and enabling champions to deliver activities effectively in each location.
  • Consistent local delivery: work with Engagement Champions and site stakeholders to adapt global themes locally while maintaining a cohesive colleague experience.
  • Budget management: manage the global engagement budget, making sure all costs are accurately tracked, monitored and aligned with the global engagement plan.
  • On-site engagement in Manila: take an active, visible and hands-on role in planning, coordinating and facilitating local engagement initiatives.
  • Measurement and feedback: gather participation data and colleague feedback, and run a feedback loop with Engagement Champions to identify recurring themes, experience gaps and priority areas, turning insights into actionable recommendations for future engagement planning.
  • Stakeholder partnerships: partner with Operations, Talent & Culture, Internal Communications and other relevant teams to align plans, messages and delivery.
  • Inclusion and continuous improvement: make sure activities reflect the needs of a diverse global workforce, and bring forward new, creative ideas that increase participation and connection.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
