Job Summary:
As an Electronic Client Solutions Analyst / Associate in the Equities Client Connectivity Product team, you will manage electronic onboarding and client connectivity processes. You will partner with sales, trading, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and expansion of our execution offering. In this role, you will develop your technical expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the team’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the electronic onboarding process from initiation to completion, coordinating sales, clients, traders, vendors, operations, and technology
- Partner with sales and trading teams to engineer custom solutions for complex client requirements
- Liaise between internal and external teams to expedite FIX connection and certification requests
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and coordinate enhancements for algorithmic and FIX routing
- Drive product delivery and expansion for electronic client connectivity, leading end-to-end projects with product owners, trading, technology, and legal teams
- Manage buyside vendors regarding integration of customised screens for access to strategies, legal negotiations, and cost analysis

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and product concepts clearly to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical product and connectivity solutions
- Understanding of equities electronic execution products, including algorithmic trading, direct market access, and order routing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating effectively across front office, technology, operations, legal, compliance, clients, and vendors
- Working knowledge of FIX protocol, electronic trading connectivity, and client certification processes
- Ability to manage client relationships in a professional, credible, and commercially aware manner
- Familiarity with AI-enabled automation approaches to improve efficiency and scale processes
- Understanding or proficiency in Python and/or Kdb (qSQL) scripting or similar.
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
