About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

The Opportunity

Global hiring is booming, but equity compliance across borders remains a massive headache for scaling companies, unless they use Rippling. Rippling’s EOR Equity Services program solves this complex puzzle, handling equity-related payroll, tax withholding, and country-specific filings (from UK ERS to Australia ESS) for EOR employees worldwide.

This isn't a greenfield build, the program is live, revenue-generating, and scaling fast. We are looking for a high-ownership Global Equity Program Manager to take the reins. You’ll be the primary subject matter expert globally, driving operational excellence, protecting compliance integrity, advising high-growth clients, and partnering directly with Product to automate the future of global equity.

Why This Role is Unique

Forget traditional stock plan administration. This role sits at the intersection of equity tax compliance, client advisory, product strategy, and GTM enablement:

  • Execution over Plan Design: We don't design cap tables. You own the critical execution layer—ensuring tax withholding, remittance, and statutory filings are flawless when equity events hit global payroll.
  • Mastering the EOR Landscape: Navigate unique global nuances where traditional rules break (e.g., ISOs defaulting to NSOs under EOR, cross-border tax treatments, and post-termination windows).
  • Product & Revenue Impact: You aren't tucked away in a back office. You will join pre-sales calls to win multi-million-dollar deals, advise executive clients, and work directly with Engineering to build automated equity workflows into Rippling's platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
