London, UK (Hybrid - Tues, Wed and Thurs in office)
£50,000 - £65,000 + equity

Did you see one of our viral campaigns, like findmohamedawife.com? Or maybe you know one of the 800,000 couples who met through Muzz? Whatever brought you here, now’s the perfect time to join a team on its way to becoming the first billion-dollar Muslim app.

We're looking for a Global Events Coordinator to help make offline experiences a core part of how Muzz builds community around the world.

Events are a big part of how we bring Muzz to life beyond the app. From singles events to larger community experiences, you'll help create a consistent, scalable approach to events across our markets while giving local teams the tools and freedom to make each experience feel relevant to their audience.

You'll own the global events playbook, standards, measurement and operational rhythm, while working closely with Regional Leads and local Event Marketing Specialists who execute events in their markets.

This is a role for someone who loves making things happen. You should be equally comfortable building an event strategy, creating a spreadsheet, improving a playbook, analysing attendee feedback and making sure an event with hundreds of people runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, community events, hospitality, event production or a related field.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering events at scale, ideally across multiple locations or markets.
  • Strong event operations and project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing repeatable event formats, processes and playbooks that local teams can use.
  • Strong understanding of event economics, including budgets, cost per attendee, break-even points, profitability and ROI.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to establish meaningful event KPIs and use attendee data and feedback to improve experiences over time.
  • Experience developing or managing customer feedback and satisfaction measurement, ideally using NPS, surveys or similar methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and make decisions when things don't go according to plan.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for event quality and customer experience.
  • A strong commercial mindset, understanding that successful events need to deliver both a great experience and sustainable economics.
  • Comfortable working with local teams while maintaining global standards and consistency.
  • Naturally proactive and organised, with the ability to anticipate problems before they become problems.
  • Passionate about creating meaningful offline experiences and communities, not just running events for the sake of events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Develop and maintain a global event playbook, with clear localised versions for each country.

  • Identify operational risks early and work with local teams to resolve them before events take place.
  • Build relationships with venues, suppliers, event partners and other external stakeholders where required.
  • Continuously improve Muzz's event formats, processes and customer experience based on data and local feedback.
  • Help build a scalable global events function that can consistently deliver high-quality experiences across markets.
