About Entourage Collection

Entourage Collection is a global private members’ concierge, travel, and experiences company, creating exceptional experiences for private clients and some of the world’s leading luxury brands. Our work spans lifestyle, travel, events, and special projects across international markets, with a focus on exceptional service, creativity, discretion, and access.

We are an ambitious, entrepreneurial business with teams in London, New York, and Melbourne, and our events work is an increasingly important part of our growth. As our portfolio of corporate and luxury brand event clients expands, so too does the scale, complexity, and international reach of the events we deliver.

We are now looking for an exceptional Global Events Manager to join our London team and help shape the next stage of this growth.

The Role

This is a highly client-facing role with responsibility for taking events from initial brief and concept development through to production, on-site delivery, and post-event review.

You will combine creative thinking with strong operational delivery, commercial awareness, and exceptional attention to detail. You will be confident managing senior clients, venues, suppliers, and production partners, and comfortable leading multiple moving parts across different markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of corporate, enterprise, and luxury brand events in the UK and internationally.
  • Developing event concepts, programming, and guest experiences aligned with client objectives, audience, and brand positioning.
  • Acting as a key client contact throughout the event lifecycle, building trusted relationships and providing proactive, solutions-focused counsel.
  • Managing event budgets, project timelines, venues, suppliers, production agencies, and specialist partners.
  • Leading on-site event delivery, maintaining oversight of production, suppliers, client requirements, and the overall guest experience.
  • Working confidently with production partners across areas including staging, technical production, AV, entertainment, branding, and event infrastructure where required.
  • Conducting venue and supplier site visits in the UK and internationally.
  • Working closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Manager to deliver agreed brand activations and event-related partnership commitments.
  • Supporting the development of event proposals, creative concepts, pitch materials, and initial budgets for prospective clients.
  • Producing post-event reporting, capturing client feedback, outcomes, and key learnings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong project management, budget management, and commercial skills.
  • Confidence working directly with senior clients and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong creative judgement and an instinct for exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Exposure to larger-scale event production, which would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience within luxury, premium hospitality, brand events, or a similarly high-touch environment would be beneficial, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate the level of ownership, judgement, and delivery required for complex international events.
