About B2B IQ
B2B IQ builds custom B2B audience programs — combining first-party and third-party data, data science, and multivariate segmentation with in-house activation across channels to drive growth for our clients. Our events presence is one way we put that story in front of the market, from trade shows and analyst conferences to intimate customer dinners.
The Role
We're hiring a Global Events Manager to own full-cycle planning and coordination of our event program across four regions from a single central seat. This is a highly operational, remote role: you'll drive venue negotiations, booth builds, swag, lead capture, sponsorship deliverables, and logistics — directing in-market teams and suppliers who execute on the ground rather than travelling to events yourself.
You'll also help design the system that keeps our global event calendar visible, accountable, and on budget, working closely with marketing, sales, and operations, with executive sponsorship from our Co-CEO on major contracts.
What You'll Do
Event Management (Primary Focus)
- Lead full-cycle planning and execution of conferences and trade shows (primary focus), plus customer events, dinners, meetups, and partner activations as the program expands
- Own centralized coordination of event delivery across the US, UK, Singapore, and Sydney
- Conduct venue research, booking, and contract negotiation — including outreach and alignment with partners such as Forrester
- Manage booth design, print materials, signage, case study decks, furniture rental, AV setup, and shipping logistics through our established supplier network, and brief in-market teams on onsite operations
- Handle swag sourcing, ordering, fulfillment, and inventory management for events and general company use
- Coordinate with in-market teams and regional leadership to support contract management (final negotiation led by the Co-CEO)
- Coordinate lead capture technology (badge scanning, QR codes, scanners), RSVP and guest list management, and post-event follow-up
- Oversee content planning across pre-, during-, and post-event moments (social, email, and other channels)
- Manage sponsorship deliverables, budget tracking, internal team scheduling, and team travel and accommodation bookings, and provide remote support to the onsite team throughout show days
- Deliver high-quality events on time and on budget while maximizing ROI and lead generation
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Systems & Process
- Partner with our Operations team to design and run an events booking and management system inside the B2B IQ project management platform (Monday.com)
- Build a global events plan view backed by detailed per-event plans, including RACIs, owners, and deadlines
- Maintain post-event reporting on cost, pipeline contribution, and lead quality
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years managing B2B events end to end — trade shows and conferences in particular
- Proven experience running events in more than one region remotely; international or multi-timezone coordination strongly preferred
- Comfort negotiating with venues, vendors, and sponsorship partners, and managing budgets line by line
- Strong operational discipline: you build checklists, RACIs, and timelines by instinct and hold remote owners to them
- Working knowledge of lead capture and marketing systems (badge/scanner platforms, CRM/marketing automation); Salesforce and Monday.com experience a plus
- Ability to run events you won't attend — clear briefs, run-of-show documents, and supplier instructions that hold up without you in the room
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to work with senior stakeholders and clients
- Availability for occasional early or late calls to cover UK and APAC time zones around key event weeks
