New Role in Commercial Real Estate
This is a newly created role, working for one of the UK's largest commercial real estate businesses. This is an all-encompassing role, taking ownership of the financial reporting on behalf of a newly awarded global client account. You will act as the finance lead for the account globally, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls, forecasting accuracy and commercial insight across a complex, multi-region operation.

One of the world's leading real estate and facilities management businesses, supporting many of the largest occupiers globally. This opportunity has been created following the award of a significant new global client account. They're looking for someone to take ownership of the finance agenda for that account from mobilisation onwards.
Description
- Act as the lead finance partner to the Account Director and wider leadership team, providing strategic financial insight and support.
- Serve as the primary finance contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Lead all budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the global account.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring leadership teams have clear insight into performance.
- Drive profitability, cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement across the account.
- Oversee the delivery of financial support services through shared service and offshore teams.
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance processes are maintained globally.
- Develop and enhance reporting processes, systems and financial data integrity across multiple regions.
- Lead and support high-performing finance teams, driving collaboration, accountability and best practice.
- Play a key role in the mobilisation and long-term success of a major global client account.

A Successful Global Finance Director Should Have
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience working within the property/real estate/facilities management industry.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Ability to manage and coordinate across global teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
- Salary of £100,000 to £110,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in London.
