About Humanoid

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.

About the Role

We're hiring a Global Controller to join our Finance team, based in London. In this role, you'll own accounting, controllership, and financial reporting across Humanoid's global entities.

What You'll Do

Global Controllership & Entity Management

  • Own global controllership: Own accounting and controllership across Humanoid's global entities — US, UK, Canada, Germany, and other jurisdictions as needed — including local statutory compliance.
  • Manage entity setup: Manage the setup, accounting, and ongoing operation of new entities as the group expands into additional markets.
  • Ensure accurate books: Ensure accurate, timely, and complete books and records across all entities, with robust controls and clear ownership.

Intercompany & Transfer Pricing

  • Build the intercompany framework: Set up and operate the intercompany framework — agreements, charges, settlements, and reconciliations across the group.
  • Lead transfer pricing: Design and implement transfer-pricing policies and documentation in partnership with the tax team, and ensure they are correctly reflected in the accounts.
  • Manage eliminations: Manage intercompany eliminations and ensure consistency across entity and group reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
