Global Financial Systems & ERP Director

📍 Warwick (1-2 days per week) | 12-15 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Shape the Future of Global Finance Technology

Remuneration: up to £97,000 + Car + Bonus (up to 40%)

We're seeking an experienced Global Financial Systems & ERP Director to lead a global finance systems function, driving ERP strategy, governance, operational excellence and large-scale transformation initiatives.

This is a high-profile leadership role, overseeing finance systems, ERP security and global support teams across multiple locations, while partnering with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global finance systems strategy.
  • Lead ERP security, governance and controls across a complex SAP landscape.
  • Oversee the performance and stability of finance platforms, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA and integrated reporting systems.
  • Drive automation, process improvement and finance transformation programmes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic technology and business change initiatives.
  • Lead global teams and third-party providers, ensuring effective service delivery and operational resilience.

  • Proven leadership experience within Finance Systems, ERP or Enterprise Applications environments.
  • Strong SAP expertise, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA and SAP GRC.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale ERP transformation and business process improvement programmes.
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance and audit requirements.
  • Experience managing global teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
