Global Financials Equity Analyst | London
The Opportunity
- Join a $15bn+ AUM Global Equities team with a thematic investing style.
- Cover Banks, Insurance & Diversified Financials for a concentrated 40–50 stock portfolio.
- Partner with highly experienced Portfolio Managers and a sector focused analyst team.
The Role
- Generate high-conviction investment ideas through thematic and fundamental research.
- Identify long-term winners starting with top-down analysis to identify structural tailwinds - analysing AI, regulation, macro & thematic trends.
- Marry top-down analysis with bottom-up fundamental research - a quality tilt of assessing quality of management / execution, robust balance sheets, etc.
- Not wedded to quality, a flexible mandate when it comes to idea generation.
- Build clear investment cases supported by robust modelling and valuation.
- Internal management is driving an entrepreneurial, risk taking (active), high-conviction investment culture.
- Collaborative environment with open debate, and AI-enabled research.

About You
- 5+ years' equity research experience covering Financials.
- Strong modelling, valuation and communication skills.
- Curious, passionate, commercial and able to contribute from day one.
