I'm currently working with an exciting international fintech operating at the intersection of payments, technology and mobility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative legal team in a broad, business-facing role with exposure to a wide range of commercial and strategic matters. It would suit someone looking to step into a highly visible position within a growing business, where they can take ownership, work closely with key stakeholders and have a genuine impact on the organisation's continued growth.

Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advising on customer, supplier and procurement contracts
- Supporting product, technology and commercial teams on new initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical, commercial legal advice
- Managing external legal support where required
- Helping the business navigate legal and regulatory issues as it continues to scale

Fintech experience is not essential. Cultural fit, personality and a genuine interest in the sector are far more important. The role would suit candidates from private practice, in-house, or a combination of both, who have strong commercial contracts experience and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
