Global Fire Safety Manager

£70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits
Are you an experienced Fire Safety professional looking for a senior, global role supporting a high-profile client across an international portfolio?
Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering with a global leading facilities management organisation to recruit for a Global Fire Safety Manager. This role will act as the technical lead for fire safety across a global client portfolio, providing expert advice and assurance while working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the technical lead for fire risk management and fire safety compliance across the client's global estate.
- Reviewing and auditing fire safety compliance processes, ensuring requirements are consistently met across the portfolio.
- Providing expert fire safety advice and guidance to operational and H&S teams, as well as senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and management of fire safety processes, documentation and internal control procedures.

Requirements
- Significant experience working within Fire Safety, Fire Compliance or Fire Science.
- A NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent Lvl 3 Qualification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and legal fire safety compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and stakeholders.
