Role Description
The Global Freelance Recruiter role is a full-time remote position focused on end-to-end recruitment for clients in various countries and sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The recruiter will manage job postings, maintain accurate candidate records, and coordinate interview logistics while ensuring a professional and inclusive candidate experience. This role also involves:
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand role requirements
- Advising on market trends
- Providing regular updates on search progress
As a remote position, the recruiter is expected to:
- Work independently
- Manage time effectively across different time zones
- Meet agreed hiring targets and service levels
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and build effective relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work remotely, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions across time zones.
- Experience in agency or freelance recruiting, particularly in global or cross-border hiring, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital collaboration tools and data to report on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
