Global General Manager - Lubricants
Location: Berkshire, United Kingdom (Relocation package included)
Package: £75,000-£90,000 base salary, £7,800 car allowance/year + additional benefits.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multibillion dollar chemical manufacturer of specialty chemicals and additives. The role will focus on managing a multi-million dollar P+L leading the strategy for this client's industrial lubricant additive division.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional regional planning to build the annual operating plan aligned with the long-range plan (LRP).
- Financial Management: Establish, monitor, and report global P&L metrics while implementing timely corrective actions to protect profit.
- Capital Optimization: Build business cases for operational investments while tracking project spend and working capital with Supply teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience within the chemical/additive industry collaborating with collaboration experience within the product management, sales, marketing, R&D and procurement team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Additional Expertise: Worked within the lubricant additive/ specialty chemical industry
