Join our team as Global GTM Director (f/m/d) for Enterprise Simulation and shape the future of engineering and digital transformation at Siemens Digital Industries Software!
This is a strategic growth role focused on expanding Enterprise Simulation, building executive relationships, and shaping high-impact transformation opportunities across key accounts. You’ll engage directly with Engineering VPs, Digital Engineering leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and CAE executives to uncover new opportunities, develop account-based growth strategies, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
The role sits at the intersection of simulation, engineering, and digital transformation. You’ll bring together the right Siemens teams to shape complex, transformational opportunities where simulation becomes a key enabler of broader engineering and product development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Simulation and SPDM, identifying growth opportunities and aligning Sales, GSP, IST, Services, and Product teams around common priorities.
- Build and strengthen executive relationships within strategic accounts, positioning Enterprise Simulation as a business transformation opportunity and helping shape large, multi-year initiatives.
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted account and industry strategies, engaging multiple strategic accounts annually through executive workshops, customer engagements, and value-focused initiatives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams without direct organizational authority, bringing together Siemens, Services, Partners, and Alliances to support complex enterprise pursuits and multi-year transformation deals.
- Strengthen market leadership and differentiation by tracking competitive and industry trends, shaping Siemens’ thought leadership, and enabling Sales and Presales teams through focused GTM campaigns and engagement models.
- Advise and coach regional sales leadership on strategic enterprise pursuits, connecting customer business priorities with simulation capabilities, value propositions, and product monetization strategies to position Simulation as a strategic business initiative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
