Global Head of Content
UK based | Remote
£80,000-£90,000 + bonus and benefits
- Own global content strategy for an international B2B organisation
- Lead B2B thought leadership, external comms, storytelling and editorial standards
- Report directly to the CMO as the senior content lead in the business
- Ideal for someone from a B2B PR, comms or content agency background
- Strong focus on writing, editing, reviewing and signing off content before it goes out
The Company
We are supporting an international B2B organisation with a strong brand, established customer base and senior buyer audience.
The business operates across multiple markets and is investing further in content to build authority, support commercial growth and create more consistent messaging globally.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CMO.
You will be the senior content lead in the business, owning the global content agenda and acting as the CMO's right hand on content.
The role would suit someone with a strong B2B PR, comms or content agency background who wants to take ownership of content in-house. It could also suit someone who has already made that move but still enjoys pace, variety and multiple projects running at once.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
