For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.
We are looking for a Global Head of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and delivery of our global marketing strategy across product collections, launches and key brand moments. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this London-based hybrid role is responsible for connecting brand, product and commercial priorities to create impactful, culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with consumers around the world. Leading our Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams, you will drive integrated planning, launch excellence and consistent execution across all channels and markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
