This is one of those roles where the job title really doesn’t tell you the size of the opportunity.
Because yes, technically, it’s about moving things.
- Big things.
- Small things.
- Fiddly things.
- Delicate things.
- Clunky things.
- Lots of things.
All over the world.
Getting them where they need to be, when they need to be there, in one piece and without someone having a meltdown along the way.
But that’s really only half the story.
Because this isn’t a role for someone who just wants to keep things moving.
It’s for someone who wants to change how things move.
The last five years have seen the business evolve enormously. New people, new ways of working, cultural change and, inevitably, a few growing pains along the way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Now they need someone to help take them to the next level.
You’ll be stepping into a fast-growing business with a genuine global footprint and helping shape how it operates at the next stage of its journey.
They design, print and install graphics at scale for venues, activations and brand experiences around the world, and they’ve been doing it very successfully for years.
But growth changes things.
What worked before doesn’t necessarily work at the next level.
So, they need someone who can bring clarity, structure and real operational grip.
Someone who can look ahead, understand what’s coming, plan resource properly and make sure the whole machine works together.
You’ll sit on the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to global strategy and bring greater commercial rigour to how the operation is planned, measured and delivered.
You’ll need to lead a team, bring accountability, challenge when things could be done better and get people behind the changes you want to make.
