TreasurySpring
TreasurySpring is building the modern infrastructure for institutional cash investing. Our platform gives corporate treasurers and finance teams direct access to diversified, high-quality short-term investments that historically were difficult to access outside the largest institutions.
Founded by veterans of hedge funds and asset management and having raised over $42M, today TreasurySpring supports 850+ institutional clients across 28 jurisdictions, with more than $350B of investment flows executed through its platform.
Corporate balance sheets hold trillions of dollars of short-term investable cash globally, much of it still concentrated in bank deposits and money market funds. TreasurySpring’s platform addresses this large and growing market by providing modern infrastructure for corporate cash investment and diversification.
TreasurySpring primarily sells to finance and treasury departments — including corporate treasurers, assistant treasurers, CFOs, and finance directors — at large corporates, funds, and financial institutions managing significant cash balances.

The Role: Global Head of Marketing
TreasurySpring is seeking a Global Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing organization and help define the category of modern treasury investment infrastructure. This is a senior leadership role at a fast-growing fintech scale-up operating at the intersection of capital markets and corporate treasury.
The successful candidate will understand how finance leaders think about liquidity management, counterparty risk, diversification, and the tradeoffs between safety and yield in short-term investing.
This role requires a marketing leader capable of educating the market, building credibility with finance leaders, and scaling global demand generation. The Global Head of Marketing will work closely with the CEO, CCO, sales leadership, and product teams to position TreasurySpring as the trusted platform for corporate cash investment.
The Marketing Challenge
TreasurySpring operates in a market where many finance leaders still rely on:
- Bank deposits
- Money market funds
- Manual treasury processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
