Job Description

A fast-growing digital assets and financial technology firm provides market infrastructure, liquidity solutions, OTC trading, derivatives, and digital asset investment services to institutional clients globally.

With teams across multiple international markets, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth as institutional adoption of digital assets accelerates. Marketing will play a critical role in strengthening the company's brand and market position.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader to define and execute the company's global marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for evolving the brand, strengthening market positioning, and driving awareness across both institutional finance and digital assets.

Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll align marketing with commercial objectives while leading a lean, high-performing team supported by modern AI tools and automation.

What You Will Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
