HEAD OF NORTH AMERICA, GLOBAL INVESTMENT OPERATIONS (GI-OPS)
INTRODUCTION
As part of our transition to a unified North America operating model within a globally aligned team, we are seeking a senior leader to serve as the Head of North America, Global Investment Operations (GI-Ops). This highly visible role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the United States and Canada, ensuring excellence in delivery, alignment with global standards, and a strong connection to enterprise strategy.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Investment Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 30 colleagues and play a critical part in shaping how we deliver operational outcomes across the region.

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily Global Investment Operations activities across the US and Canada, ensuring consistent, high-quality service aligned with global expectations.
- Serve as a senior member of the global GI-Ops leadership team, contributing to strategy, operating model evolution, and major change initiatives.
- Provide leadership for ~30 colleagues in a matrixed global structure, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Strengthen global alignment by embedding consistent practices and proactive risk management.
- Lead operational readiness for new products, fund launches, and lifecycle events.
- Partner with client-facing teams to support pitches, onboarding, and key relationships.
- Build relationships with NA stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement and adoption of technology and AI.
- Ensure rigorous governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Regular travel within North America is required, with occasional global travel as needed.
