About the Role

The Global Head of Partner Marketing (GSIP) is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy for Capgemini's strategic partnerships and alliance ecosystem. Working in close partnership with GSIP leadership, Global Marketing, Business Units and partners, this role will develop integrated marketing strategies and high-impact go-to-market programs that strengthen Capgemini's market position, accelerate demand generation and contribute to revenue growth.

The role requires a strategic marketer with strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in partner marketing and integrated campaigns, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex global matrix organization.

What you'll Do

  • Strategic Business Partnership – Serve as the trusted marketing advisor and a core member of the GSIP leadership, aligning marketing priorities with business strategy and helping shape the long-term vision for Capgemini's strategic partnership portfolio.
  • Global Marketing Strategy – Define and lead the GSIP Marketing & Communications strategy, developing an integrated global marketing plan that supports strategic growth priorities across key partnerships.
  • Strategic Positioning – Lead differentiated joint Capgemini/partner narratives, strategic announcements and high-impact moments that reinforce Capgemini’s position as an industry leader.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership – Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market campaigns with strategic partners, packaging strategic offers and solutions to generate demand, increase pipeline and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Marketing Orchestration – Coordinate and govern marketing activities across global, regional and partner teams, ensuring a consistent brand voice, effective collaboration and optimized return on marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior Capgemini and partner business leaders, executives, sales teams and marketing communities to ensure alignment, influence decision-making and drive execution.
  • Marketing Innovation & Emerging Technologies – Evaluate and implement emerging AI marketing technologies, ensuring GSIP remains at the forefront of modern marketing practices while enhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency and business impact.
  • Team Leadership – Lead, coach and develop the GSIP Partner Marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial & Investment Ownership – Oversee the global GSIP marketing budget, MDF and joint partner investments, applying strong commercial judgment to prioritize investment against growth opportunities, client value and measurable return.
  • Performance & Measurement – Establish success metrics, monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing investments to maximize business outcomes and ROI.

Professional Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategic marketing or alliance/partner marketing, with significant experience in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing global integrated marketing strategies that drive demand generation, revenue growth and business impact.
  • Experience leading joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic technology partners and alliance ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, multi-regional marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in an international environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale global events, executive programs and industry conferences with demonstrated impact on brand awareness, business development and revenue generation.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI technologies, marketing automation platforms and advanced analytics to transform marketing performance and improve customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital and AI-enabled marketing innovation within a global organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and partner marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels – internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience managing global marketing budgets, partner funding and strategic investments.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a complex global matrix organization.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing, including generative AI, content optimization, campaign automation, audience segmentation, predictive analytics and marketing performance management.
