Global Head of Pricing
Senior commercial leadership opportunity | Professional services / consulting background required
Overview
We are seeking a Global Head of Pricing to define and lead an enterprise-wide pricing agenda for a complex, international professional services organisation. This is a senior commercial leadership role at the intersection of strategy, finance, commercial operations, and go-to-market execution, with responsibility for shaping how value is structured, governed, and monetised across regions, service lines, and delivery models.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience from a professional services or consulting environment, where pricing decisions are closely connected to client value, delivery economics, margin performance, partner or senior stakeholder influence, and complex deal structuring. They will be comfortable operating globally, advising executive leadership, and leading transformation in a matrixed organisation.
The opportunity
This role will set the global direction for pricing as a strategic discipline, moving the organisation beyond transactional, rate-led approaches towards more sophisticated, value-led commercial models. The Global Head of Pricing will design scalable pricing architectures, improve governance, embed commercial discipline, and build the capability required to support consistent, high-quality pricing decisions worldwide.
The role will suit a senior pricing, revenue strategy, or commercial operations leader who has successfully led global pricing transformation, built pricing capability, and influenced senior stakeholders in a consulting, advisory, or broader professional services setting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
