We’re Hiring: Global Head of Product Development & Integrity

London | Salary Commensurate to Experience | Full-time

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Global Head of Product Development & Integrity to lead our global product strategy across OX, BORA, TRACER and SMART.

This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with deep product experience who can build a multi-year innovation roadmap, optimise a complex portfolio and unite Product, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain behind one global strategy.

You’ll ensure our products deliver profitable growth while meeting the quality, compliance and performance standards expected by tradespeople worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

  • Own and develop the global product strategy and multi-year roadmap
  • Lead product strategy across all brands, categories and international markets
  • Identify where to invest, grow, improve or exit across the portfolio
  • Build and manage a scalable global innovation pipeline
  • Establish a consistent stage-gate product development process
  • Lead regular product roadmap and portfolio reviews
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch through to phase-out
  • Drive portfolio optimisation and reduce low-performing SKU complexity
  • Use customer, retailer and market insight to guide product decisions
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, positioning and innovation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing and launch readiness
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance on forecasting, sourcing, cost and margin
  • Adapt products, specifications, packaging and compliance for international markets
  • Build and lead a high-performing global product team
  • Report regularly to the CEO and senior leadership team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven senior product leadership experience within tools, hardware, building products or a related durable-goods category
  • Previous experience as a Head of Product, Product Director, VP of Product or similar
  • Demonstrated success developing global product strategies and multi-year roadmaps
  • Strong experience managing multiple brands, categories or international markets
  • Experience with portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation
  • Strong commercial understanding of margin, inventory and product cost drivers
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, retail channels and competitive positioning
  • Experience adapting products for different regions and markets
  • Strong analytical decision-making and executive-level communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable
