Location & working arrangement
Nuneaton or Burton upon Trent | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid
We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton or Burton upon Trent (or another designated location) for a minimum of 2 days per week.
This is a global role, with travel to our Benelux business typically around once a month or every six weeks, alongside occasional travel to Asia and other locations as required.

As Global Head of Quality, you'll lead the next stage of our global Quality journey – creating a consistent, effective Quality Management System and bringing greater pace, visibility and alignment to how Quality operates across our markets.
With Quality colleagues across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Asia, you'll connect teams around common standards, systems and data. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we work globally, from QMS and digital systems to incident management, complaints, CAPA, audit and Quality governance.
What you'll be doing
- Define and deliver our global Quality Management System (QMS) strategy, operating model and governance framework.
- Create consistent global standards for incident management, complaints, audit, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and Quality governance.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our electronic QMS and wider digital Quality systems.
- Build consistent global Quality reporting, KPIs and dashboards, giving leaders clear visibility of performance, risk and emerging trends.
- Use Quality data and insight to identify systemic issues, improvement opportunities and areas requiring greater focus.
- Establish risk-based global audit and assurance frameworks and ensure actions are effectively tracked through to resolution.
- Set global frameworks for supplier Quality and product withdrawal and recall readiness.
- Lead, develop and connect Quality teams across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Asia, building capability, accountability and consistent ways of working.

What you'll bring
- Senior Quality leadership experience within food, FMCG, consumer health, retail or another regulated environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing Quality teams across multiple locations or markets, including coaching, capability building and creating clear accountability.
- Experience leading through change and bringing geographically dispersed teams together around consistent standards, priorities and ways of working.
- Experience developing and embedding Quality Management Systems across multiple teams, markets or business units.
- Practical expertise across QMS, incident management, audit, complaints, CAPA and Quality governance.
- Experience implementing, developing or governing electronic QMS and digital Quality solutions.
- Confidence using Quality data, KPIs and reporting to identify risk and drive action.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across functions and geographies.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in Quality, Food Science, Consumer Health or a related discipline.
