Global Head of Social Creative | De’Longhi Group (De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun) | Farringdon, London | £Competitive + excellent benefits package

Closing date - 6th September 2026

The Global Head of Social Creative will lead the creative vision for social across the De’Longhi Group portfolio - De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun and Nutribullet – shaping how our brands show up, behave and create content across social platforms globally.

This is a senior creative leadership role for someone with deep social expertise and exceptional creative instincts. You will set the creative direction for social, develop original ideas and build distinctive social identities for our brands – spanning brand-led storytelling, always-on social content, cultural moments, product storytelling and UGC.

You will lead a global social creative capability, bringing together a diverse range of talent across creative, editorial, production, video, design and UGC. You will have the autonomy to identify and bring in your own network of freelance creative talent and specialist partners to help bring the creative vision to life.

This is not a traditional campaign or content management role. We are looking for a social creative leader and ideas person: someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, share, save and talk about content, and who can translate that understanding into brilliant ideas and a consistently high creative standard across multiple brands and markets.

Reporting to the Global Head of Earned Media, you will work across global and local teams to build a social-first creative culture and raise the standard of social content across the De’Longhi Group.

Key Responsibilities

Set the Global Social Creative Vision

  • Define and lead the global social creative vision across De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun and Nutribullet.
  • Establish a distinctive social creative identity and approach for each brand, while identifying opportunities to share capabilities, talent and production efficiencies across the Group.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling social-first creative platforms, ideas, formats and storytelling.
  • Set the creative ambition and standards for social content globally, ensuring our brands are recognisable, relevant and distinctive in-feed.
  • Challenge traditional approaches to brand content and champion work conceived specifically for how people consume and participate in social.

Lead Social Ideas & Creative Development

  • Be a constant source of original social ideas, from major brand and product moments through to everyday social content and reactive cultural opportunities.
  • Lead creative ideation across the global social team, turning audience insights, trends, product stories and cultural observations into ideas people genuinely want to engage with.
  • Develop repeatable social formats, franchises and creative territories that can build audiences and brand recognition over time.
  • Create ideas that range from highly produced brand storytelling to fast, lo-fi, culturally responsive and UGC-style content.
  • Identify opportunities for our products and brands to participate naturally in conversations, behaviours and communities already happening on social.
  • Encourage experimentation, creative risk-taking and rapid testing of new formats and ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Creative Direction

  • Provide hands-on creative direction from initial idea through to final execution.
  • Direct the creative development of short-form video, social films, photography, design, motion, UGC and other emerging social formats.
  • Set standards for storytelling, art direction, editing, pacing, hooks, tone of voice and platform-native execution.
  • Review and challenge creative work, providing clear direction that makes ideas and executions stronger.
  • Ensure creative quality remains consistently high regardless of whether content is produced internally, through freelancers, UGC talent, agencies or production partners.
  • Protect the individual personality of each Group brand while continually evolving how those brands express themselves on social.

Build & Lead a Global Social Creative Capability

  • Build and lead a high-performing global social creative team spanning creative thinking, content, editorial and production.
  • Create an agile creative model that allows the team to move quickly from idea to execution.
  • Identify the skills and talent required for different briefs and assemble the right creative teams around individual opportunities.
  • Build and actively manage a trusted global network of freelance creative directors, social creatives, videographers, photographers, editors, designers, writers and specialist production talent.
  • Bring your own creative network and relationships into the organisation, while continually identifying emerging talent who can bring new perspectives and capabilities.
  • Work with production teams and partners to turn ambitious ideas into high-quality social content efficiently and at pace.
  • Manage creative resources and budgets intelligently, knowing when an idea requires premium production and when a fast, simple social execution will have greater impact.

Lead UGC Creative Excellence

  • Define the creative vision and standards for UGC across the Group.
  • Develop UGC concepts, formats and briefs that produce authentic, entertaining and high-performing social content.
  • Build a scalable approach to UGC that can support multiple brands, products and markets without becoming formulaic.
  • Ensure UGC feels native to social while remaining distinctive to each brand.
  • Work closely with production and market teams to identify what can be created centrally, what should be produced locally and where content can successfully travel across markets.

Culture, Trends & Social Behaviour

  • Stay deeply connected to internet culture, emerging creative talent, social trends and changing audience behaviours.
  • Identify cultural and social opportunities before they become mainstream marketing trends.
  • Translate cultural intelligence into actionable creative ideas rather than simply reporting on trends.
  • Build an environment where the team is constantly bringing forward new references, talent, formats and creative inspiration.
  • Help global and local teams understand not simply what is trending, but why it matters and whether our brands have a credible role within it.
