Your Team
You’ll lead MHR’s global Solution Delivery organisation, bringing together Solution Consulting, Bid Management, Strategic Solutions, Business Transformation, Finance & ERP, AI, Analytics and Enterprise Solutions. Working as part of the Commercial Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Technology to create a consistent, high-performing global solution capability. You’ll set the vision, operating model, standards and governance across these functions, while developing strong leadership teams, building capability and driving accountability and operational excellence.

Your Career
This is a high-profile global leadership role with the opportunity to shape how MHR takes its solutions to market and supports some of our most complex and strategic customer opportunities. You’ll influence proposition strategy, business transformation methodologies, enterprise architecture, bid excellence and the adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Working directly with C-suite stakeholders, customers and strategic partners, you’ll have significant scope to shape MHR’s future solution portfolio, develop new capabilities and establish best practice across global markets.
Your Impact
You’ll have a direct influence on MHR’s commercial performance, customer experience and future market position. You’ll ensure our solutions are positioned around meaningful business transformation, not simply technology, while improving bid quality, win rates, solution consistency and customer engagement. By driving innovation across AI, analytics, ERP, enterprise solutions and transformation, you’ll help MHR deliver greater value to customers and build differentiated propositions that respond to changing market needs. Ultimately, your leadership will strengthen MHR’s ability to win, deliver and grow strategic customer relationships at a global level.
