Company Description

Publicis Media harnesses the power of modern media through leading agency brands Dysrupt, Infinite Roar, Publicis Collective, Publicis Health Media, Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith, as well as global accelerator PMX; immersive experience group PMCI and access to integrated platform-based technologies and offerings from CJ, Epsilon and Influential. A key business solution of Publicis Groupe, Publicis Media’s digital-first, data-driven global solutions deliver client value and drive growth in a platform-powered world. It is present in over 100 countries with over 23,000 employees worldwide.

Overview

Why Work with Us?

Performics is a central Publicis Connected Media capability that strategizes and provides digital activation services for global advertisers in over 57+ markets around the world with the aim of delivering the optimal outcome. Our Performance Centre of Excellence drives performance solutions across several channels including social, search, programmatic, commerce and affiliates. We have 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams from Google, Meta, TradeDesk and Amazon to deliver innovative solutions that help deliver business results to our clients.

The Role

To own the operating infrastructure of the global Performance team. The role is responsible for the operating model, ways of working, delivery standards, solution adoption and performance governance that allow our Centre of Excellence and the markets to work consistently and scale predictably. Working closely with the Global Chief Performance Officer, the role turns strategy into a clear operating plan and keeps the organization on track against it.

Scope & Mandate

Global remit across all performance channels — search, social, programmatic, commerce and affiliates, spanning the Centre of Excellence, regional hubs, market teams while working closely with Publicis Global Delivery (PGD). The focus is the operating infrastructure of the practice rather than day-to-day servicing: market and account teams remain responsible for delivery in-market, while this role is responsible for the standards, capacity and governance that support them.

Responsibilities

Operating Model & Global Governance

  • Own the global operating model for the Performance practice: how the Centre of Excellence, regional hubs, market teams and PGD interlock, including decision rights, service boundaries and escalation paths
  • Turn the global Performance strategy into an annual operating plan with named owners, milestones, dependencies and budget, and track it through to completion
  • Define the governance framework for the practice: the forums that operate, the decisions each one owns, the inputs required, and how outcomes are recorded and followed through

Operational Excellence & Delivery Management

  • Establish and drive best-in-class operational excellence within the Global Performance Team and its extended network
  • Implement and manage frameworks for tracking key deliverables, outputs, and team performance, ensuring accountability and accelerating progress
  • Lead deliverable tracking through regular cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), global summits, and team connects
  • Define and enforce global delivery standards, SLAs, ways of working and quality assurance across all performance channels
  • Own process design and continuous improvement: cycle times, handoffs, automation, and the removal of duplicated effort between markets and hubs
  • Maintain the operational risk register for the practice, covering media governance, contractual and platform compliance, brand safety, data privacy and audit readiness.
  • Resolve delivery escalations at a process level, addressing the underlying cause rather than the individual instance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
