Global Head of Talent Acquisition
We are partnering with a global, FTSE 100 consumer-led organisation for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can own a large-scale, operational recruitment function across multiple global markets, driving both day-to-day delivery and the AI-led transformation of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global TA strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
- Drive innovation in sourcing, assessment, selection and talent management to ensure competitive advantage
- Lead recruitment execution across diverse geographies, delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Redesign the TA strategy to leverage emerging technologies, automation and data-driven insights for greater efficiency and scalability
- Shape and implement a global approach to capability hub locations, optimising cost, capability and speed
- Establish and monitor KPIs for time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate experience
- Optimise the recruitment technology stack
- Collaborate with senior leaders, Global HR Business Partners and Finance to align TA with strategic priorities

- Proven global leadership running large-scale Talent functions across multiple international markets, ideally within complex, matrixed organisations
- Track record of hiring senior-level and niche roles
- Strong familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment technologies and data-driven decision-making
- Significant senior TA leadership experience
- Global exposure and understanding of cultural nuances in recruitment
- Ability to partner with senior executives to align TA strategy with organisational goals
- Skilled at leading large-scale change initiatives and engaging stakeholders through transformation
