We're looking for a Global Head of Talent to join our People team and help shape how we attract, develop and retain exceptional talent across our global organisation.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you'll lead our global talent strategy, spanning talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, performance and workforce capability. You'll partner with senior leaders across the business to build the skills, leadership capability and talent pipelines needed to support our future growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for leading a global team across the UK and Australia, driving excellence in delivery and ensuring talent initiatives create measurable business impact.
What you'll be doing
- Shape, lead and deliver an integrated global talent strategy aligned to business growth, workforce plans and future capability requirements.
- Establish and embed talent frameworks that support attraction, development, performance and succession across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to identify capability requirements, skills gaps and succession priorities.
- Develop career pathways, high-potential programmes and capability frameworks that build sustainable internal talent pipelines.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development through practical leadership, learning and capability programmes.
- Strengthen inclusive talent acquisition through employer branding, sourcing strategies, assessment approaches, candidate experience, ATS optimisation and agency partnerships.
- Lead, coach and develop a global team across talent acquisition and talent development.
- Manage talent budgets, suppliers and external partnerships to ensure strong return on investment and business value.
- Use talent insights, metrics and evaluation to improve decision-making and demonstrate the impact of talent initiatives.
- Optimise talent technology, including ATS, LMS and talent platforms, to improve efficiency, insight and user experience.

What we're looking for
- Senior experience in Talent Management, HR or a related discipline, ideally within a growing SaaS, technology or global organisation.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, performance and workforce capability planning.
- Experience translating business strategy into practical talent and capability plans.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate the impact and ROI of talent initiatives.
- Experience managing talent technology including ATS, LMS, talent platforms and people analytics tools.
- Experience leading organisational change and implementing new talent frameworks and ways of working.
- CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience.
