Global Head of Talent - Contract - 12 months

We are seeking an accomplished Global Head of Talent to lead the global talent agenda for a newly established international organisation within the oil & gas sector. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of the business by designing and delivering a world-class talent strategy across Talent Management, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.

Please note this is a contract role for 12 months.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will build the leadership pipeline, strengthen organisational capability and create a high-performing culture that supports business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global talent strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead Talent Management, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition on a global scale.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development and high-potential talent programmes.
  • Develop workforce capability through innovative learning and development initiatives.
  • Oversee global talent acquisition, workforce planning and strategic hiring programmes.
  • Utilise talent data and analytics to inform workforce and capability decisions.
  • Enhance employee engagement, career development and retention strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to influence organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Talent team.

About You

You'll be an experienced HR or Talent leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies within complex, global organisations. You'll possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, be comfortable operating at executive level, and have experience leading organisational change and transformation.
