Strategic and Commercially Astute Leader for Global Trade Investment Effectiveness

We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute leader to head up global Trade Investment Effectiveness, driving best-in-class approaches across markets. This role partners with senior Commercial and NRM stakeholders to embed tools, processes and capabilities that maximise return on investment and unlock sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and rollout of the global Trade Investment framework
  • Improve trade spend efficiency, net revenue, and gross contribution through robust pricing and investment decisions
  • Implement measurement, evaluation, and trade terms standards
  • Develop tools, analytics, and capability to elevate commercial performance globally
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve these objectives

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Commercially driven leader with strong expertise in pricing, trade investment, and revenue management
  • Capable of influencing senior stakeholders across markets and distributors
  • Track record of building capability and driving adoption of tools and frameworks
  • Combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver tangible commercial impact
