Role Overview

The successful candidate for the role of Global Head of Wellness and Longevity will drive commercial success across Maybourne’s wellness outlets and global brand leadership for Surrenne, Maybourne’s wellness and longevity lifestyle brand. This will be achieved through strategic leadership, commercial architecture, concept innovation, and brand strategy aligned with Maybourne’s luxury hospitality vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive wellness and longevity strategy that aligns with Maybourne’s vision and luxury hospitality ethos.
  • Focus on key areas such as mental, physical, emotional, and financial well-being, considering the diverse global needs and cultural variations of all Maybourne properties.
  • Own the commercial strategy for wellness outlets across all Maybourne properties, including membership, retail, third-party partnerships, retreats, and visiting practitioner programs.
  • Develop and manage revenue models, pricing architecture, and performance targets for each outlet.
  • Track and analyse commercial performance, using data to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic direction and evolution of Surrenne as a globally coherent wellness and longevity brand.
  • Define and protect the Surrenne brand proposition, guest experience standards, and service philosophy across all touchpoints.
  • Lead wellness concept development for new and pipeline Maybourne properties from brief through to opening.
  • Collaborate with architecture, interior design, and construction teams on spatial programming, OS&E, and treatment menu development.
  • Act as the primary wellness voice for new projects.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships — including fitness brands, longevity science collaborators, visiting practitioners, and corporate wellness partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
