Job Description
If you’re a strategic Reward leader looking for the opportunity to influence at a global level, this could be your next move.
Based in London on a hybrid basis, this is a highly visible opportunity to make a real impact across our global organisation. Working closely with our HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders across the business, you’ll lead a specialist Reward team and build strong relationships with stakeholders around the world. With the scope to influence at the highest level, you’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial insight, and fresh ideas to how we reward and recognise our people, strengthening our employee value proposition and helping us attract, retain, and engage exceptional talent as our organisation continues to grow and evolve.
What you'll do
- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring they align with business objectives, talent strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the compensation and benefits budget, oversee key vendor relationships, manage associated risks, and act as a subject matter expert, providing reward advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Lead the annual salary review, including base salary and incentive pay awards, manage executive reward processes and reviews, and support equity/LTIP administration.
- Design and implement reward structures for new and emerging markets, provide compensation and benefits expertise during mergers, acquisitions, and organisational change, and introduce innovative approaches based on evolving market practices.
- Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals, manage job evaluation frameworks, and deliver regular reporting and analysis to support reward and recognition programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
About you
- Experience working within a mature global rewards function, with exposure to reward and recognition programs, equity/LTIP schemes, job evaluation, and market benchmarking, ideally within regulated industries.
- Contributed to reward strategy development and successful delivery across multi-jurisdictional, matrixed environments.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and demonstrated AI proficiency.
- Ability to develop well-written proposals and recommendations for senior stakeholders, supported by strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate resilience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to effectively multitask while remaining pragmatic and results-focused.
