Division: Client Business Strategy - CBS

The Global Head of Sales Enablement is accountable for strengthening Euroclear’s commercial performance by shaping a scalable, data-led and control-oriented operating model that improves sales revenues, client retention and execution discipline. He or she is the operational architect of the global commercial strategy, transforming strategic priorities into execution excellence supporting revenue generation.

In this position, the Global Head of Sales Enablement, is responsible for defining and implementing a disciplined global sales methodology, ensuring consistent commercial practices, strong governance and high-quality outcomes across regions and client segments.

He/she will collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Product, Client onboarding and integration, Client services, marketing, Client intelligence, …) to embed a disciplined global sales methodology, ensuring consistent commercial practices, strong governance and high-quality outcomes across regions and client segments.

He/she will report to the Group Chief Commercial Officer with dotted line to the Head of Client Franchise Value

Key Responsibilities

This role will impact the global teams across two mains areas:

1 | Support revenue generation

  • Translate market outlook and revenue ambitions into clear sales targets, priorities and account-level plans.
  • Strengthen pipeline discipline by improving opportunity visibility, qualification, prioritisation and follow-up.
  • Drive a consistent account planning approach, including client tiering, commercial priorities and targeted growth actions.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Pricing to shape go-to-market plans, sales campaigns, value propositions and client-facing materials.
  • Manage client-at-risk activity to protect franchise value, reduce attrition and trigger coordinated action.
  • Translate voice-of-client feedback into practical improvements that reinforce trust and strengthen franchise value.
  • Support strategic deals through stronger pitching, proposal alignment, value articulation, and commercial governance.
  • Provide structured client and market insights to provide stronger competition monitoring, product positioning, and commercial decision-making to complement competition analysis done by Strategy advisory teams.
  • Develop AI methodology to support revenue generation opportunities

2 | Operational Excellence

  • Embed a global sales methodology with consistent standards, governance, and performance measures.
  • Lead the harmonisation of briefing notes, sales playbooks, pitch materials and other enablement assets.
  • Improve CRM adoption and sales capabilities in Dynamics, ensuring the system supports pipeline management, account planning and performance tracking (sales performance versus targets).
  • Create governance mechanisms, such as deal review routines, to support prioritisation, capacity management, and client-level profitability discussions.
  • Standardise and simplify sales processes, tools and ways of working to reduce duplication and improve execution quality.
  • Maintain accurate, current and governed client profiles, account plans and performance reporting packs.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to increase sales productivity and reduce administrative burden.
  • Champion a coaching-first, client-value-based selling culture, delivered through a campaign mindset and structured focus on sales campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth, ensuring consistency with Euroclear’s client promise and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially at senior management level (MC and ExCo level).
  • Transversal leadership: Builds team capability, standards and tooling to scale roadmap and value management practices.
  • Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments requiring judgement, resilience and adaptability.
