About the job

The Global Health Finance Coalition (GHFC) is a cross-sector platform hosted by the Infectious Disease Alliance (IDA), dedicated to closing critical financing gaps in global health through strategic advocacy, partnership building, and coordinated action. GHFC brings together governments, civil society, multilateral institutions, philanthropic actors, and private sector partners to advocate for equitable, sustainable health financing worldwide.

The Global Health Finance Coalition Associate will play a key role in supporting GHFC’s operational, advocacy, and coordination functions. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional with strong interest in global health financing, policy engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and coalition-based advocacy. The Associate will work closely with GHFC leadership to advance strategic initiatives, manage coalition activities, and strengthen GHFC’s influence in global health financing arenas.

Responsibilities

Coalition Coordination & Operations

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of GHFC activities, including scheduling and facilitating virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain and update coalition records, internal communication channels, and shared resources for GHFC members.
  • Assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and commitments across GHFC work streams.

Member Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Facilitate onboarding and engagement of GHFC members, including civil society organizations, policy bodies, and funding partners.
  • Support development of membership materials, briefings, newsletters, and coalition updates.
  • Coordinate communication between GHFC stakeholders and partner organizations to ensure alignment on advocacy priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
