UK - Remote (Up to 25% Travel)

Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional passionate about designing and executing risk-based audit strategies for a FTSE 100 leader?

Do you have a strong track record of conducting high-risk global audits, driving ISO compliance, and turning complex audit data into actionable insights for executive leadership?

A new opportunity has arisen for a Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager to join a division of a FTSE 100 energy group delivering multi-energy sales and distribution solutions while supporting industrial decarbonisation and energy transition around the world.

Sitting at the centre of enterprise-wide strategy, this is a high-impact role for someone excited about delivering independent HSE assurance, evaluating systematic risk, and helping embed safety as a core value across global operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
