We are looking for an experienced Global Asset Manager to develop and implement asset strategies that support ADAMA’s ambition for sustainable and profitable growth.
The role owns the strategic direction and performance of a defined portfolio of active ingredients, products, crops and/or regions across the full product lifecycle. Acting as the central pivot across commercial, marketing, supply, technical, regulatory and financial functions, you will design the strategic roadmap, translate market and customer insights into clear priorities, and drive its execution and implementation. You will retain accountability for portfolio performance, making informed decisions that optimise investment, strengthen competitiveness and maximise long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global asset strategies aligned with ADAMA’s business priorities.
- Identify portfolio gaps, opportunities and risks and translate these into value-creating initiatives.
- Drive product development, lifecycle management and portfolio rejuvenation.
- Identify country and label extension opportunities to maximise asset value.
- Lead global product launch planning, working across Marketing, P&I, Global Operations and country teams.
- Provide pricing and commercial guidance for key products.
- Anticipate competitor and industry developments and translate these into strategic actions.
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and driving execution.
About You
You are a strategic, commercially minded and fact-based agribusiness professional who is comfortable operating across functions, geographies and cultures. You bring curiosity, resilience and the confidence to challenge established thinking while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.

You Will Ideally Bring
- 10+ years’ commercial experience in agribusiness, preferably crop protection.
- MBA or similar qualification.
- Strong strategic, analytical and commercial business acumen.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and multicultural environments.
- Flexibility to travel internationally (up to 20%)
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
This is a hybrid role ideally based in Europe near an ADAMA facility.
