Global HR Procurement Specialist

London (Hybrid) | £50,000–£60,000 + Excellent Package

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the world's largest and most respected professional services organisations, within a procurement function that is recognised for developing exceptional talent and delivering genuine strategic value.

The organisation is continuing to invest in its procurement capability and is looking for an HR Procurement Manager to take ownership of a strategic HR category portfolio with a focus on Contingent Labour. Working alongside some of the best procurement professionals in the industry, you'll partner with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies, influence key business decisions and deliver commercial value across a global business.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end procurement activity across a broad HR procurement portfolio, with an initial focus on Contingent Labour Spend
  • Developing category strategies and leading strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted procurement business partner to senior HR stakeholders
  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Helping drive procurement best practice within a world-class procurement function

What they're looking for

  • Strong procurement and category management experience
  • HR / Contingent Labour Procurement experience is highly desirable, although broader indirect procurement professionals with relevant category exposure will also be considered
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability
  • An ambitious procurement professional looking to progress within a global organisation
