The opportunity
The Global Integrated Planning Leader is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and governing the firm’s end-to-end integrated planning model globally. This role unifies strategic planning, revenue and account planning, and financial planning into a single, holistic planning framework that aligns long-term strategy with market-facing execution.
Reporting jointly to the Group CFO FP&A and the Global C&I COO, this leader will define the global “north star” for integrated planning, establish a consistent enterprise-wide planning program, and ensure that strategic priorities, go-to-market programs, financial targets, and operational execution are fully aligned to one planning process to drive growth.
The role encompasses both an integrated planning strategy and technology enablement, including ownership of the transition to a new integrated planning platform that leverages existing systems such as CRM, Mercury, Talent systems, and aligns with the work underway through MDP. The successful candidate will be a key member of both the FP&A Leadership Team and the C&I Leadership Team, working cross-functionally across Finance, C&I, Markets, Talent, Operations, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the global integrated planning “north star,” aligning strategy, markets, sectors, service lines, financial planning, talent, and ecosystem priorities.
- Establish a globally consistent planning methodology, including clear roles, governance, timelines, and decision rights.
- Ensure alignment between long-term strategic ambitions, annual planning cycles, and in-year performance management.
Cross-Enterprise Orchestration
- Coordinate planning across Finance, Clients & Industries, markets, sectors, service lines, Big Bets, and regional leadership teams.

- Incorporate market insights, competitive intelligence, client demand signals, and pipeline progression into forward-looking plans.
- Work closely with Finance, Talent, Operations, and Markets to ensure the planning model is connected, data-driven, and scalable.
Growth Strategy & Performance Enablement
- Partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution through go-to-market plans, sales motions, account strategies, GCSP programs, and ecosystem plays.
- Support the development of integrated growth plans tied to measurable pipeline, revenue, and profitability outcomes.
Governance, Rhythm of the Business & Operating Cadence
- Establish and govern a unified global planning calendar integrating strategic, financial, talent, and go-to-market planning.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and cross-functional dependencies.

- Create a consistent insights backbone to enable fact-based planning and rapid decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
