The Role
We're looking for TWO commercially driven Global Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of the world's most influential renewable energy companies. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for developing strategic customer partnerships, increasing share of wallet, securing long-term framework agreements, and identifying new opportunities across the James Fisher Renewables portfolio.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, tendering, finance, and leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning James Fisher Renewables as the trusted independent technical partner of choice across the global offshore wind sector.
What you'll be doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic global accounts, driving profitable growth and increasing customer value.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to the James Fisher Renewables strategy.
- Promote the full JFR service portfolio, positioning the business as the preferred independent technical partner.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships while collaborating across sales, operations, engineering, tendering, finance, and product teams.
- Lead opportunity capture and bid strategies, including contract renewals and account expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines, and market intelligence within Salesforce.
- Identify, manage, and escalate key commercial risks and growth opportunities.

What we're looking for
Essential
- Proven experience managing strategic customer accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and framework agreements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into successful outcomes.
Desirable
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of the offshore wind sector or broader energy industry.
- Demonstrated success in opportunity capture planning and developing winning commercial strategies.
- Experienced in leading and coordinating cross-functional matrix teams.
- Strategic and commercially focused, with the ability to translate strategy into results.
