Our client, a market leading hedge fund, is looking to hire a Global L&D Manager based out of their expanding London office.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, the hire will step into a highly autonomous and visible role working to design and lead the roll out of enterprise-wide L&D strategy. The firm has undergone a major expansion and continues to develop at a rapid rate - the hire will take ownership of a global portfolio of talent development initiatives including L&D, manager training, and career development framework roll out. The hire will be responsible for building out a team under them and working on the maturation of this pillar of HR whilst working with the C-suite and HR leads to understand specific needs for the business and its different platforms and translate those into tangible initiatives that are implemented across specific business areas or firm-wide. You will also assess and manage relationships with external partners supporting with content and programmes whilst managing impact assessment initiatives and drive continuous improvements in the team’s offerings and infrastructure.
