A global private education organisation is looking for a Global Leadership Development Business Partner to join on a Permanent basis. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description
An Global Leadership Development Business Partner to:
- Support on the design and delivery of global leadership programs
- Review all existing leadership offering and programs
- Design new leadership programs
- Develop leadership behaviour and competency frameworks
- Lead on job analysis and understand what other career opportunities competitors are offering
- Partner with senior stakeholders
- Facilitate new workshops: good presentations skills
- Provide psychometric profiling for leaders to aid their development
- Provide coaching to leaders
- Partner with the L&D and talent team are high potentials to support their leadership development and identify capability gaps
- Support in future proofing the organisations

- Global experience
- Ideally from an Occupational Psychology background originally
- Experience of leadership development, coaching and leading psychometric assessments
- Experience working in the commercial sector
- Good ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and alternate between different tasks
Job Offer
- Permanent Global Leadership Development Business Partner
- London based with hybrid working
- Up to £70,000 per annum
